Come to the office and ask what kind of docks are needed.
I don't know why in the central office, pretty French people work, but they are all so darlings. Just tell them, "what documents do I need to get my resident certificate."
The employee will give you a printout of the necessary docks, and it is best to show it to the dudes where you are staying. I had a very complex, intricate scheme with the owner, who has a bunch of managers, and each of them had to be explained what I needed. In short, hell, but this printout helped me a lot.

- What docks are needed:
- Copy of the owner's passport (signed);
- A copy of the registration of ownership of devices/home;
- Copy of the lease agreement;
- Copy of your passport (copy to sign);
- A letter with a power of attorney with two seals (they cost about 5-10 baht, you need 2 pieces, they are sold in shops with drinks near the office).
Wherever I read the info, it was said about the Blue Book. From my experience, I can say that few people understand what it is, including me; my dudes didn't know anything either. And in the docks from the immigration office, there is no mention of this document. In short, with this pack, we approach the employees on the first floor; they look at the docks and give a number in line. We are waiting for our turn; we transfer the port package to a new employee.
